Throughout their extensive tenure, one glaring issue persisted globally: the absence of quality assurance training and effective methods for controlling and maintaining quality control standards. Recognizing this pervasive challenge, they identified a pressing need to establish SSTC as a facilitator for Six Sigma methodologies in South Africa and across the African continent.
