SSTC is owned and led by its Founding Directors, one of whom has been appointed Strategy Director of the South African Society for Quality (SASQ) — a national role that places both the individual and SSTC at the forefront of quality strategy and governance in South Africa. These directors are proud South Africans with over 40 years of combined experience across commercial enterprises, manufacturing, supply chain management, international logistics, imports, quality assurance, sales management, IT, and business intelligence.

Since 1979, these professionals have driven excellence for leading South African brands and respected global companies across Asia and Europe — most notably in the high-pressure consumer electronics sector, where quality and service standards are non-negotiable. That background forms the foundation of SSTC’s portfolio of training programs, consulting services, and strategic advisory solutions.

A persistent global challenge shaped our purpose: the lack of comprehensive quality assurance training and sustainable systems for maintaining high standards. In response, SSTC was established to become a leading advocate and facilitator of Six Sigma methodologies across South Africa and the African continent.

Today, we bridge traditional Lean Six Sigma excellence with modern AI. Our courses integrate time-tested DMAIC frameworks with tools such as ChatGPT, analytics platforms like R, and other AI-driven systems — giving students hands-on experience to accelerate data analysis, streamline documentation, and support continuous process improvement.
